Petruk

Petruk, the second of Semar’s sons, is, like his brother Gareng, the result of Semar’s meditation. He has an amiable face and he is a clever taker and jokester.
It happens once that Petruk becomes king in the country of Ngrancangkencana with the title Prabu Helgelduelbek. his magic power as king derives from his theft of the sacred amulet, Kalimahusada, at the end of the lakon Mustakaweni. No one is able to defeat him in battle, even the gods, but he finally gives in to Gareng, and returns to his ordinary form.
Petruk is cross-eyed and has an extremely long nose and a large mouth which is open in a smile. His hair is tied in a pigtail on the crown of his head. He wear the typical dress of a clown-rapekan lawak. He carries a large knife (golog).
